摘要:The denitration system in the 410t/h boiler of the No.4 of the heat and power plant of a certain petroleum-chemical company in Urumchi is reconstructed. The burner is reformed into the low NOx burner (LNB) by adopting“LNB+SCR”. The SCR denitration reactor is disposed between coal-saver and air pre-heater of the boiler. By adopting high temperature and high dust disposal mode and optimizing SCR reactor steel structure as wel as mitigating bracket load of the steel structure, the NOx emission concentrations in exit lfue gas meet 100mg/Nm3 of the emission limit value of the international standard.%对乌鲁木齐市某石化公司热电厂4号410t/h锅炉进行脱硝系统改造,采用“低NOx燃烧技术+选择性催化还原技术(SCR)”,将现有燃烧器改造为低NOx燃烧器(LNB),SCR脱硝反应器布置在锅炉省煤器和空预器之间,采用高温高尘布置方式,并进一步优化SCR反应器钢结构,减轻钢结构支架负荷,使得最终出口烟气中NOx的排放浓度满足国标排放限值100mg/Nm3。
摘要:The gelatin absorption technique is used to remove the heavy metals in the sludge. It is provided with the advantage of low cost and high efifciency in comparison with the traditional techniques. The paper presents the principle of gelatin absorption technique, progress of research at home and abroad, status of heavy metals of sludge treatment in the country and the technical problems to be solved. Based on the operation effect analysis of the medium test cases, the conclusion is made. The result shows that the gelatin absorption and heavy metal removal technology possesses the technical feasibility of industrialization application partly.%凝胶吸附技术用于污泥中重金属去除较传统技术具有成本低、效率高的优势,介绍了凝胶吸附技术的原理、目前国内外相关研究进展情况、国内污泥处理重金属现状以及需要解决的技术问题;通过中试案例的运行效果分析,得出结论:凝胶吸附除重技术已经部分具备工业化应用的技术可行性。

摘要:采用蓄热式热氧化炉(RTO)处理医化行业排放的挥发性有机废气,通过组合喷淋系统和优化设计参数,使一般特征污染因子的平均净化效率达到95%以上,浓度远低于《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)中的二级标准,热回收效率达95%以上;含氯元素废气处理后的尾气中,二英浓度小于0.019TEQng/m3,表明RTO适用于医化行业挥发性有机废气的处理。%By adopting heat oxidation oven (RTO) with heat-storage type to treat volatile organic waste gas emitted from medical and chemical industries. Based on the combination of spraying system and optimized design parameter, the average purifying efifciency of ordinary polution gene reaches at over 95%, the concentration is under the secondary standard of (GB16297-1996) and the heat reclaimed efifciency reaches at over 95%, and the dioxin concentration is lower than 0.019TEQng/m3 in exhaust gas after treatment of chlorine waste gas. The result shows that RTO is the same with the treatment of volatile organic waste gas of medical and chemical industries.
摘要:The (GB26453-2011) brings forward the new demand on the emission concentration of dust, SO2 and NOx in the glass industry. The application of dust removal and denitra-tion technology of glass stove is imperative under the situation. Based on the analysis of lfue gas characteristic of glass stove, selection of rational treatment technique, optimization of technological colocation, the high effect dust removal and denitration of lfue gas are made so as to meet the demand of the newly standard of the natioal environmental protection. It provides a sort of high efifciency and feasible technology rout for the lfue gas treatment of glass industry.%《平板玻璃工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB26453-2011)对玻璃行业粉尘、SO2和NOx的排放浓度提出了新的要求,玻璃窑炉烟气除尘脱硝技术的应用势在必行。通过分析玻璃窑炉的烟气特性,选用合理的治理技术,优化工艺布置,对烟气进行高效除尘脱硝,可达到国家环保新标准的要求,为玻璃行业烟气治理提出了一种高效可行的工艺路线。
摘要:我国城镇污水处理厂的污泥中含有大量营养成分,同时也含有重金属成分,对于污泥中营养成分和重金属的含量情况,汇总并分析了国内90个污水处理厂的污泥泥质数据后,得出结论:总体上城镇污水处理厂的污泥泥质是适合土地利用的,重金属风险由大到小排序为:Hg、Ni、Cd、Zn、Cu、Cr、Pb、As、B;建议在开展污泥土地利用工作的同时,应探索创新排水管理模式、污泥中重金属去除技术,以及土地利用模式。%The sludges contain a great deal nutrition elements in China urban sewage treatment plants and at the same time, contain heavy metal elements. Based on the nutrition element and heavy metal content in sludge, and after colecting and analyzing the sludge argilite data in 90 sewage treatment plants of the country, the paper comes to the conclusion: The sludge argilite in urban sewage treatment plants is adapted to land use as a whole. The heavy metal risk lists from big to smal order as Hg、Ni、Cd、Zn、Cu、Cr、Pb、As、B. The paper suggests that we should probe into and innovate the water drainage management mode and mode of heavy metal removal technique in sludge as wel as land use mode.
摘要:回转窑是危险废弃物处理中最有效的设备,具有废物处理种类多等优点。随着回转窑危险废物焚烧系统应用越来越广泛,该系统在应用中的一些问题也暴露出来(如进料水套容易破坏、废物在窑内焚烧不充分、回转窑尾耐火材料容易脱落等),需要根据工程应用进行设备优化设计。文章分析了回转窑焚烧系统出现问题的原因,并给出了优化设计方案,对回转窑焚烧系统的优化设计提供了借鉴。%The rotary kiln is the most effective equipment in the treatment of hazardous wastes and has many kinds of merit in the waste treatment. Along with the more and more use of incineration system of hazardous wastes in rotary kiln, some problems of the system are emerged in the application. It is required to carry through design of equipmqnt optimization in accordance with the engineering application. The paper analyzes the reasons emerged in the incineration system of rotary kiln and presents the optimizing design program as wel as provides use for reference for optimizing design of the incineration system of rotary kiln.
摘要:PTA wastewaters are treated by the combined technology of up-revolving lfow anaerobic reactor /two-grade aerobe which are newly adopted. The debugging operation result shows that when the original water CODCr concentration is at 8000~14,000mg/L, water-out CODCr is at 80~100mg/L after treatment. The treatment efifciency of up-revolving lfow anaerobic reactor could be stabilized at over 80% during the debugging period.%采用新研制的上旋流厌氧反应器/两级好氧组合工艺处理PTA废水,调试运行效果表明,当原水CODCr浓度在8000~14,000mg/L时,处理后出水CODCr在80~100mg/L。调试期间,上旋流厌氧反应器的处理效率可稳定达到80%以上。

摘要:通过对荷贝克、理研汽车两个项目点已建污染源在线监测系统运行状况的调研,并结合重金属废水在线监测系统建设标准和项目点实际情况,介绍了重金属废水在线监控及控制系统的现场端和上端平台。该系统在原有基础上增加了四方面的设计:采用污染因子数据、污水处理工况和在线监测设备系统运行状态相结合的三级监控方式,对上传的数据进行有效性判别;对未达标排放的污水进行监控和控制;对设备故障和超标废水进行报警;自动上传日志及报告。实现了对监测因子数据有效性识别和超标控制功能,提高了在线运营监控工作效率,实际运行效果良好。%Based on the investigation of operation status of monitoring system of polution source on line set up at two project sites of Hoppecke and Riken motorcars, and in line with the actual conditions of construction standards and project sites of monitoring system of heavy metal wastewater on line, the paper presents the locale end and up end platform of supervision and control system of heavy metal wastewater on line. The system increases four designs in original base: by adopting third class control mode to integrate the polution gene data, sewage treatment working condition with supervision equipment system on line and to carry through the effective differentiation on transmitting data; to carry through supervision and control on sew-age which does not comply with the discharge standard; to give an alarm on malfunction of equipment and wastewater of extra standard; to transmit logs and reports automaticaly so as to increase the working efifciency of supervision and conrol on line and to realize a good operation result.
摘要:The paper introduces 2×300MW generating set of a certain power plant in Tuoketuo which has used bag hose precipitator to iflter lfue gas for near 3 years; sums up the experiences of bag hose precipitator in operation. Aimed at the emerged problems, the paper puts forward rectifying and reform suggestions so as to assure the long period operation of the bag hose precipitator and to prolong the use life of ifltering bags.%介绍了托克托某电厂2×300MW机组近3年使用袋式除尘器过滤烟气的情况,总结了袋式除尘器在运行中的经验,针对出现的问题提出了整改建议,以保证袋式除尘器长周期运行并延长滤袋的使用寿命。
摘要:随着人们对环境保护的要求越来越高,大部分电除尘器都面临技术改造,很多地方政府、电力企业甚至提出“超低排放”“近零排放”“达到燃机排放标准”的要求,除尘技术面临新一轮的挑战。文章以珠海电厂电除尘器改造为例,介绍了电袋复合除尘技术实现超低排放的特点和优势,提出电袋复合除尘器将成为燃煤电厂电除尘器增效改造、实现超低排放的首选技术。%Along with the more and more demand on environmental protection by the people, the most of electrical pre-cipitators are confronted with the technical reform. Many local governments and electric power enterprises bring forward the demand on “extra-low emission”, “near zero emission” and “achieving the burning machine emission standards”, the precipitat-ing technology is faced with a new chalenge. By taking the electrical precipitator reform in Zhuhai Power Plant as an example, the paper presents the characteristics and advantages of extra-low emission realized by electrical bag composite precipitating technology; puts forward that the electrical bag composite precipitator would become the ifrst selective technology in the effect-raising and reform and extra-low emission of electrical precipitators in coal-ifred power plants.
