Forming algorithm for IRs precision values

摘要

Methods of the IRs precision values forming on a basis of the unified approach to the precision analysis in determinated and probabilistic formulation are proposed. New definitions defining IRs precision are introduced and precision models which allow to form arrangement structures with acceptable precision values are proposed.
