There is aseasonal decrease in the construction sector as well,” a source told Metal Expert. Market insiders describe the stocklevel as “balanced” in November. As a result, coils prices in the Czech Republic lost up to EUR 20/t over the month.Producers are said to have limited volumes for the spot market and in monthly contracts, but insiders say that supplyis rather stable and they can get extra material if needed. “There are some volumes of HRC for December delivery,while CRC and HDG are mostly available for Q1 2019,” another source said.
