摘要

In this article, Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films were grown on the flexible polyimide substrate by ink-jet printing of the polyol-mediated nanocrystal ink. The as-deposited films were thermally treated at the different temperatures and time. The morphological, structural, microstructural, optical properties and chemical composition of as-synthesized nanocrystals, as-deposited and thermally treated Cu2ZnSnS4 films were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission and scanning electron microscopy (TEM, SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) and optical spectroscopies. It was found that morphology, phase and chemical composition, microstructure depends on the annealing temperature and time. The experimental data indicate that Cu2ZnSnS4 films annealed at 200 degrees C for 60 min possess the fundamental properties for possible application as the absorber layer in the flexible thin film solar cells.
