JERA Succeeds Signing MOU on Destination-Free LNG with ADNOC LNG

Japan’s JERA seems to have successfully gotten a deal to purchase Abu Dhabi-produced LNG with no destinationrestrictions. The Company announced on August 7th that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU)for the sale and purchase of LNG with Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Limited (ADNOC LNG). It added in theannouncement that the contract “is in line with the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) ruling.”
