Japanese LPG Companies’ LPG Imports in FY2018

According to a recently announced report on Japanese LPG firms’ LPG imports for FY2018 (April 2018-March2019), top three firms, Astomos Energy, ENEOS GLOBE, and GYXIS, accounted for 69.9% of total LPG imports, downby 1.5 points compared to the previous fiscal year. Astomos Energy halved imports of Middle East LPG, while increasedimports from the US and Australia, but its total volume dropped by 2.1%. GYXIS remained imports of US LPG almostunchanged, but its total volume dropped by 4.9% caused by a decrease in imports from the Middle East.
