Saudi Aramco on 27th announced inauguration of South Korean S-OIL’s petrochemical complex project in Ulsan.The complex, consisting of a residue upgrading complex (RUC) and a olefin downstream complex (ODC), features thelatest refinery technologies, which have raised S-OIL’s petrochemical portion from 8% to 13%, and will produce high-value propylene and gasoline.
