Cryptosporidium parvum - an emerging protozoan parasite of calves in India associated with diarrhoea among children.

This paper briefly describes the epidemiology, clinical features, diagnosis and antibiotic treatment of Cryptosporidium parvum infection in calves and diarrhoeic children in India. The possibility of zoonotic transmission of this infection is considered.
