As you may havenoticed from Jon's title, there has been a reconfiguration of roles within the NaturalResource Management Team at SKM. Jon's primary responsibility in this new roleis maintaining strong client relationships with Regional Councils throughout NewZealand. The change is part of the transition at SKM to structuring ourselves alongclient rather than disciplines lines. This will provide enhanced people managementand more efficient project-by-project access to staff from any discipline within ourorganisation, which is becoming increasingly important with the multi-disciplinaryrequirements of many of our projects.
