Sk:n Group acquires rival The Adonia Medical Group

UK Sk:n Group,Britain’s largest network of dermatology clinics,has acquired rival professional beauty company The Adonia Medical Group.The deal is the latest in Sk:n Group’s spending spree,after last year’s acquisition of Destination Skin clinics,The Harley Medical Group and sister companies Flint+Flint Clinics and Skin Health Spa.The latest merger with Adonia Medical Group,the parent company of Courthouse Clinics,sees Sk:n Group expand its footprint to more than 100 locations across the UK.
