To provide a method related to a neutral network which can find a sagittal plane, and a computer program.SOLUTION: A training method of a neutral network for acquiring a medical sagittal plane image includes: a step for creating a prediction sagittal plane mask 52 by using a first neutral network 41 for a three-dimensional medical image 51; a step for acquiring a prediction result 53 on the basis of the three-dimensional medical image 51 and the prediction sagittal plane mask 52; a step for acquiring a determination result 55 on the basis of the three-dimensional medical image 51 and a determination sagittal plane mask 54; a step for using a second neutral network 44 for the prediction result 53 and the determination result 55; a step for creating loss function data 56, 57 on the basis of an output of the second neutral network 44; and a step for adjusting a parameter of the first neutral network 41, or a parameter of the second neutral network 44 on the basis of the loss function data 56, 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
