Pertamina to liquidate trading subsidiary Petral

Jakarta-Indonesia’s state-owned Pertamina has decided to liquidate its subsidiary Petral four months after taking over its main trad- ing business via its Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) unit. Pertamina will start the process of liqui- dating Petral on Wednesday and has the full support of the Indonesian government, Per- tamina President Director Dwi Soetjipto said at a press conference in Jakarta.
