Pertamina culls Petral

Indonesia’s state-owned Pertamina is liquidating its trading arm, Petral, under the government’s energy sector reforms. The process will take up to one year. Petral, its Singapore-based trading subsidiary Pertamina Energy Services and Hong Kong-based investment arm Zambesi will be dissolved and all management staff called back to Indonesia to assist with a government audit.
