Mumbai-The crude procurement policy of India’s privately owned Reliance Industries Ltd. boosted the company’s gross refining margins (GRM) in the July-September quarter by 7.8% year on year to $8.30/barrel. Crude utilization at Reliance’s refiner- ies was down 2.2% on the year in the three month period and the company’s exports of refined products fell almost 11% year on year, the company said late Monday.
