China's commercial crude stocks rise in September

Singapore-China's commercial crude oil inventories, excluding strategic reserves, at the end of September increased 3% from the end of August, marking the fourth straight month that stocks have risen, according to figures reported by official news agency Xinhua. The increase last month came after crude stocks climbed 2% in August, 3.3% in July and 3.2% in June.
