Singapore-Vietnam's state-run crude exporter PetroVietnam Oil has settled its term negotiations with buyers of Su Tu Den crude for loading in the second half of 2010 at a premium of $3.90/barrel to the monthly price of Indonesian Minas crude, down marginally from a premium of $4/b in the first half of the year, industry sources said May 11.
