Cancun, Mexico—Algerian oil minister Chakib Khelil warned March 30 that failure by natural gas producers to tackle current oversupply could lead to a gas price collapse and gas projects being delayed. But Khelil, who initially broached the idea of gas output cuts last month, said any efforts to reduce production should be part of a “common framework.”
