Singapore-Trading of Asian crude oil hit a record 1.35 million barrels for cargoes loading in June, the highest volume seen for lifting in a single month during the Platts Market on Close assessment process. The burst of trading activity was focused on Asia's medium sweet crude benchmark Minas, and the region's heavy sweet benchmark Duri, both from Indonesia. Trade in crude cargoes for loading in June opened April 9 and closed May 7.
