Supreme Court considers taking royalty case

Washiongton-The US Supreme Court will meet privately on September 29 to decide if it will hear a case involving the Obama administration's efforts to collect upward of $19 billion in unpaid royalties from oil and natural gas drilling operations in the Gulf of Mexico.
