New York-Discounts on US base oil postings are currently said to range from 60 cents to 1.00/gallon in Groups I and II,versus about 70 cents in February,as a glut in the feedstock for auto and industrial lubricants persists,a refiner told Platts this week.Another refiner confirmed those discounts for Group I oil,but for Group II product he said it was limited to "some spot sales".
