Release of the March Brent program Tuesday showed a rise in barrel-per-day production over February which- coupled with a sizeable North Sea overhang of available cargoes in February amid poor refining margins-shifted the market further south.March Brent rises more than 37,000 b/d with 7.8m barrels over the month compared to 6m in February.
