Enbridge Buys Gas Plant Stake

Enbridge said it would buy a majoritystake in the Cabin gas plant in British Co-lumbia’s Horn River Basin from Encanaand some other sellers for C$250 million,as it looks to strengthen its Canadian mid-stream business.The pipeline operator will buy a 57.6%interest in phases 1 and 2 of the Cabin Gasplant, which together will be capable of pro-cessing 800 MMcf/d of natural gas.
