YEREVAN. (Interfax) - The Central Bank of Armenia has registered prospectus for Armenian Copper Programme's (ACP) debut bond issue totaling 500 million dram, or 1.5 million dollars, director of corporate finance Arkady Pinachian at Armswissbank, the issue's underwriter, told Interfax on September 20. The company plans to place 10,000 bonds at a face value of 50,000 dram, maturing in 18 months at an annual rate of 10 percent. The securities will circulate from September 26 to October 9 2007.
