Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, Temasek Holdings, has set up a new energy-related entity called Pavilion Gas as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the recently established Pavilion Energy (IOD Apr.8'13). Pavilion Gas, formed in May with an initial authorized capital of S$1.25 million ($1 million), will be headed up by Seah Moon Ming, who also serves as group chief executive for Pavilion Energy, International Oil Daily understands.
