Indonesia’s Medco Energi and Korea Gas (Kogas) signed a memorandum of understanding last week to develop coalbed methane (CBM) in Indonesia. Under the deal, both firms will jointly identify the best opportunities for adding value to CBM, including development of LNG, pipeline gas and dimethyl ether.
