Total Lets Buncefield Work

Total has awarded UK-based oil and gas engineering firm Penspen the front-end en- gineering and design (Feed) study to rede- velop the site of the UK's Buncefield oil stor- age depot. The site, north of London, was the scene of a massive fire and explosion in 2005 in which over 40 people were injured and nearby homes and businesses damaged.
