摘要

Expediency of the multicriterion cutting conditions optimization on the production technology design step is grounded. Supporting of the optimal conditions on given level is assured by control system of the NC machine with adaptation channel by physical criterion. Control of conditions parameters (cutting speed) is performed on a basis of the cutting power measuring with subsequent definition of thermodynamic value H which determines agreement physical state of technological system and given cutting conditions. The system control algorithm is shown.
