摘要

We substantiate the advisability of multicriteria optimization of the cutting regimes in the operational technology planning stage. The optimal regime is maintained on the desired level by the CNC machine tool control system, having a channel for adaptation with respect to the physical criterion. The operating regime parameters (the cutting speed) are controlled on the basis of measuring the cutting power with subsequent determining of the thermodynamic index H, which determines the correspondence of the physical state of the technological system to the specified machining conditions. The system control algorithm is presented.
