Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre is central to the commercial hub of the development immediately west of the Kwinana Freeway known as Cockburn Central, south of Perth. Stages I and 2 are significant shopping centres in their own right. The 3rd Stage of the shopping centre comprised 19,200 m~2 of underground carparking, 21,200 m~2 of ground floor retail, and 19,700 m~2 of part retail and part carpark upper floor. The upper floor is to be used in the near term for carparking and in the future to be enclosed and used as retail space.
