摘要

Concentration dependence of the partial activity of components in the field of TiN{sub}y - TiC{sub}x{Ti-N-C system) at 1273 K is studied using the isodefect section method. Equations describing the concentration dependences of partial activitiesof the components in the boundary systems TiN{sub}y and TiC{sub}x and in the field of Tin{sub}y -TiC{sub}x are presented. We failed to derive the equation describing the concentration dependence of carbon activity in the field TiN{sub}y-TiC{sub}x.
