Prospects for using chaos theory methods in mathematical modeling of economic systems

Methods of the deterministic chaos theory are suggested for modeling an economic system behaviour. A detailed classification of the methods and the analysis of their peculiarities in economy modeling are given. A model of the dollar rate dynamics is presented.
