摘要

Currently, the literature offers little in the way of empirical accounts for the effectiveness of faculty/staff development in interprofessional education/collaboration (IPE/IPC) (e.g. Stei-nert, 2005; Zwarenstein, Reeves, & Perrier, 2005).In response to a critical need for faculty/staff development to teach IPE, as identified by Steinert (2005), a 5-day certificate course was developed and implemented at the Centre for Interprofessional Education, University of Toronto. The purpose of the course was to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours of IPE in faculty and clinicians working in academic and community settings for them to teach both learners and fellow colleagues the art and science of working interprofessionally. In this article, we present an evaluation of the impact of the program using participants' reflective reports after their completion of this course.
