摘要

A series of novel 4-aryl-2-ferrocenyl-and 2-aryl-4-ferrocenyl-2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepines 3a-f and 6a-e was obtained by the condensation of 1-aryl-3-ferrocenyl-and 3-aryl-1-ferrocenyl-2-propenones 1a-f and 4a-e, respectively, with o-aminothiophenol in the presence of AcOH and HCl (similar to 64-91%). Their structures were established based on the spectroscopic data and X-ray diffraction analysis of the compounds 3d,5a, and 6c.
