One cannot not communicate [1] and in that sense, also the absence of normal tissue or normal bodily content within the human body may contain identifying shape information. Identifying replacements in human bodies may contain consequences of human enhancement [2] such as dental restorations, osteosynthetic implants [3], replacement of normal colour pigments by way of tattoos [4] but also abdominal calcifications. Using high-tech for delineating abdominal content against other substances seems like an offshoot [5] but we should not overlook inherent relevance of intricacies of identifying shape features due to repugnance or banality [6,7] when really, morphological value needs to be considered. In this case of a decomposed 65 year old woman, antemortem (Fig. 1A) and postmortem abdominal computed tomography (CT) images (Fig. IP) showed a fecalith (Fig. 1, images numbered 1-4) as well as what appeared to be a calcified myoma (Fig. 1, images numbered 5-8).
