A study was conducted to develop and realize multispectral integrally combined diamond-based photodetectors simultaneously operating in the ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) spectral ranges. The simplest method for constructing multirange optoelectronic systems (OESs) involved the mechanical combination of autonomous parts, with each part possessing its own optical system and a photodetector that provides for operation within a certain spectral range. The study involved efforts to develop and realize the diamond hybrid-photodetector technology for simultaneous operations within the UV and other wavelength ranges. Microcircuits of the hybrid photodetector system for signal processing and separation were realized on the basis of standard technologies used in the processes of production of silicon chips. Assembling of the hybrid photodetector system was realized by ultrasound or thermal-compression welding.
