摘要

Reaction of aromatic α-bromoketones, sodium azide and aromatic or aliphatic terminal acetylenes in the presence of Cu/Cu(OTf)_2 following the classical method (aqueous acetonitrile at room temperature) and under microwave irradiation (H_2O at 85°C) leads to 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles as the final products after simple filtration.
