The North American chemical processing industry saw a small decline in projects put on hold or canceled in 2004.Expectations are that trend will continue in 2005.In 2004,market research from Industrial Information Resources(Industrialinfo.com) identified 129 projects valued at an estimated us4.5 billion that were either canceled or placed on hold.
