Irish showcase broadens its appeal

The Emerald isle is about to get greener, Just look at those experts from across Europe descending on County Kildare for an event billed as Ireland's only nurs-ery-stock exhibition. Add redder, yellower and bluer to the mix from new plants and products taking a curtain call at the Kildare Growers Trade Show. This year's event boasts around 200 exhibitors of everythingfrom bulbs and Christmas trees to pond liners and turf. The show celebrates its 22nd anniversary on 26- 27 July in true festival style. Organisers aim to cement its international reputation with a cosmopolitan clutch of exhibits and kit under cover or on stands outside.
