Afton Chemical Acquires GE's North American Fuel Additive Business

Richmond, Va.-based Afton Chemical announced last week that it purchased the North American Fuel Additives Business from GE Water & Process Technologies. Afton Chemical said it acquired the business so as to broaden its product offerings to the diesel market, as well as expand its coverage of the fuel market between the refinery and the service station.
