EPA Issues Final Rule on Refinery Emissions Standards

The U.S. EPA has issued a final rule authorizing amendments to the current Standards of Performance for Petroleum Refineries. The amendments pertain to emissions limitations and work practice standards for fluid catalytic cracking units, fluid coking units, delayed coking units, fuel gas combustion devices, and sulfur recovery plants, EPA said.
