Singaporean stocks jump on record-high fuel oil; Japanese stocks rise.

International Enterprise's weekly inventory report for Singapore showed that total onshore inventories swelled 1.246MM bbl to 49.041MM bbl in the week to June 3. Fuel oil inventories jumped to an all-time peak of 27.603MM bbl, up for the third week in a row. Middle distillate stocks climbed, as well, up for the second straight week. By contrast, light distillate inventories were sharply down, settling at the lowest since Aug. 2014. (Phase see chart in June 29 issue.)
