US-based Excelerate Energy started construction last week on the first new LNG receiving terminal in New England in decades,its Northeast Gateway deep-water port off Boston,Massachusetts.The Lone Star Horizon vessel is moored near the terminal site,as a crew of around 180 works on two small-diameter flow lines that will connect the terminal's floating buoy to a subsea pipeline,a company spokesman tells WGI.
