Recovery of Transgenic Cattle Skin Fibroblasts Containing B IFN-t- EGFP gene

摘要

The IFN-t-EGFP positive transgenic cell lines were obtained from Sahiwal cattle ear fibroblast cell as confirmed by molecular analysis (PCR & RT PCR) and also by fluorescence microscopy. It allows experiments of higher biological relevance in many fields of basic research and may be of value in gene transfer based on industrial approaches, gene therapy research. These cells can be further used for regulation o gene expression studies and can also be used for SCNT for production of transgenic embryos.
