Jemena has been selected by the NT Government to construct and operate the AU$800 million North East Gas Interconnector (NEGI) Pipeline, which will run for 622 km between the NT's Tennant Creek and Mt Isa in Queensland. The pipeline's diameter is under discussion - 14 inches has been proposed, however Jemena Managing Director Paul Adams has said that there is potential to scale the diameter up to 18 to 20 inches.
