The arrangement has distribution pipelines, cable pipelines, floor pipelines, and connecting pipelines that are guided in individual tap connections, where the pipelines are arranged within a building. The pipelines are designed as ring pipelines (9, 10, 11) within the building, where each tap connection has a supply-and return line connection. The individual floor pipelines have a supply-and return line connection, where the pipelines are attached at the ring pipelines that are running in the building by the supply-and return line connection. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a pipeline-connecting piece for connection of ring pipeline to a supply tube (2) a pipeline as a section in a pipeline arrangement.
