Mongolian Metallurgical Coal Imports By Chian Rapidly Expanding

After the turn of 2010, Mongolian metallurgical coal imports by China have been rapidly soaring. In effect, metallurgical coal imports of China from Mongol reached 3,194,000 MT during January-April, with an increase of as much as 2,636,000 MT (472.3%) from the same period one year ago, especially in April marking 1,228,000 MT, the ever highest monthly record in the past.
