Cheniere Energy to Expand Its LNG Production Capacity at Corpus Christi

The US-based Cheniere Energy will expand production capacity of Corpus Christi LNG export terminal. It fileda request with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to initiate the pre-filing review of the expansionprogram “Stage 3” to newly introduce two liquefaction trains and so on. The Company plans to put the new facilities intooperations in the first quarter of 2021.
