Universal Coal to Finish Purchase of NCC in Early 2015

On December 17, Universal Coal plc, UK made clear its anticipation to finish the purchase of the interest in New Clydesdale Colliery (NCC), a thermal coal mine in South Africa in the beginning of 2015. As reported earlier, in February 2014, Universal Coal decided to purchase a 49% interest in NCC from Exxaro Resources Limited, a mining company in South Africa.
