Sao Paulo,Brazil-Purcom Quimica Ltda has taken control of Arch Quimica do Brasil's polyurethane systems division.Purcom said the agreement covers Arch's pressurised and conventional systems,as well as its Autopack and Autofroth tradenames,plus the technology for their production and application.
