London-Royal Dutch Shell,which ousted three top executives last year after an oil reserves-accounting scandal hurt investor confidence,Aug 4 named Nokia's Jorma Ollila as its next chairman following a 10-month search.Ollila,Nokia's CEO and chairman,will succeed Aad Jacobs as non-executive chairman June 1,2006.The 54-year-old Finn has run Nokia since 1992 and built the company into the world's largest mobile phone maker.He is the first non-Dutch or UK national to get a chairman's post at Shell.
